Our Philosophy

At Experts In Digital Marketing, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital marketing services and achieving measurable results. Every business relationship needs clear, fair terms regarding refunds and cancellations.

Digital Marketing Services

Consulting Services

Consulting fees for strategy sessions, audits, and advisory are non-refundable once the consultation has been completed, as the time is reserved specifically for you.

Monthly Retainer Services

Monthly retainer engagements are billed in advance. Cancellations require 30 days written notice. No refunds are issued for the current month’s already-committed work.

Project-Based Engagements

A deposit of 50% is required before work begins and is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance is due upon project completion and is non-refundable after delivery.

Advertising Spend

Ad spend passed through to platforms like Google Ads is controlled by those platforms’ own policies. We provide documentation for all advertising expenditure but cannot issue refunds for platform fees or ad spend already deployed.

How to Request a Cancellation or Refund Discussion

To cancel services, contact us at info@expertsindigitalmarketing.com with your account details and reason for the request. We will respond within 3 business days.
